Thousands of applicants. Hundreds of qualified candidates. Our final one hundred great minds are now locked in and well on their way to greater heights as the training phase of GIMP kick-starts today. From Law, Media, Health, Business, Hospitality and Tech, our eager interns begin their respective training sessions with their field experts. Today, we begin more than a training session－ we begin transformation.
The first phase of training is designed to help our interns step into clarity, courage and competence. Presented with the opportunity, our experts gave this year’s interns quite the mental exercise of learning a wide range of terms and registers used in their various fields, undertaking basic procedures (anyone know how to check a pulse?) and essentially going through “A Day in the Life” of your average professional.
Day one has come to an end, and what a fulfilling day it has been. Our journey to success holds so many memories to be made－ fun times, shared values, challenging hurdles and the occasional setback－ but every step we take, together and with purpose, will shape the story we’re building. Here’s to the first step of many.
